Brooklyn Fisher's review of Bringg
The live ETA updates are what sold me - seeing the predicted arrival slide from 2:15 to 2:40 when a ferry backup hit saved me so many awkward calls. I've been an owner-operator for two years in the PNW and watching that little map nudge forward in real time actually calmed customers and let me juggle one driver instead of three. It trips up a bit with smaller local carriers' timestamps, but mostly it's been a huge time-saver.
