A driver got rerouted through a weekend construction detour and the platform pulled carrier events together to update the ETA and flag an exception before our phones even started blowing up. I forwarded that alert to dispatch, they rebooked the next drop, and we dodged a hefty detention charge. After four years managing our 25-truck fleet in the Midwest, I can tell you I rarely see tracking that cuts the noise like that. Only gripe: the web interface can be sluggish during peak hours, but that one alert paid for the subscription ten times over.
