I've used ParkourSC for about eight months and was hopeful it would cut down on phone calls. The mobile app, however, is the problem: it crashes randomly on Android, loses GPS lock, and pushes duplicate or late notifications so our drivers never know when to expect updates - and when you manage 85 trucks in the Pacific Northwest that chaos stacks fast. Last month three loads showed "on time" in the app while our drivers weren't alerted to a reroute, which cost us a missed delivery window and a $750 detention fee. Adding to the mess, updating milestones from the app is clunky - drivers have to tap several times to register a status change and there’s no quick photo attach from the lock screen, so documentation gets delayed and office staff chase down what should be automatic. It might work in theory, but until the mobile experience becomes dependable I'm spending more hours manually tracking shipments than saving them.
