The alert hit my phone at 2:12 a.m. and the live sensor feed let me watch probe temps climb - I paged the driver, had him pull into the nearest truckstop, and a quick compressor swap kept the load from spoiling. I manage a 20-truck fleet in the Northeast and after three years of juggling spreadsheets and carrier calls, that one saved load more than paid for our subscription. The timestamped sensor logs and location trail also made the carrier claim process painless; no messy debates about when the spike happened. The app can lag in fringe cellular spots, but for that scare it did exactly what I needed, so four stars from me.
