Setup was a nightmare - it took two weeks and way more back-and-forth than it's worth. They wanted API keys from carriers my small operation couldn't get fast, the onboarding docs read like they assume a full IT department, and support kept sending canned links instead of fixing our feed; we missed two pickups and lost a customer's trust. I run three trucks in the Southeast and was trying to ditch paper notes, but this turned into admin hell so I canceled before it tracked a single load reliably.
