Bottom line: the mobile app's instant push alerts for temperature and shock are what sold me - it actually saved a refrigerated load last month. I dispatch about 50 trucks across the Southeast and after 12 years I’m picky, but the app pings me the second something goes off and the map makes it obvious who to call. Cuts my phone time way down and keeps customers from freaking out.

Nine years into dispatching a 60-truck fleet in the Southeast, I brought OnAsset in to stop the nightly guessing on perishable trailers. Getting started surprised me - the trackers and sensors paired in minutes with the gateway and I was seeing GPS and temp pings before lunch, which actually made me grin; setup docs were clear enough that the shop could handle installation without calling me every five minutes. The dashboard took a little poking around to show the views we care about, but those immediate live updates were the one thing that sold me.

Support was the worst part - repsonse times were laughable and the help desk kept giving mixed info that didn't match the device telemetry. Been hauling 18 years in the Southeast, their reps sent wrong coods, left us hourss waiting and cost me a paid load; totally unavailble when it mattered.
