We run 100 trucks in the Pacific Northwest, so this wasn’t an isolated annoyance; one bad ETA ripple costs us real dollars and a lot of credibility. Terrific idea in theory, but the ETA logic needs to be fixed before we can trust it for time-sensitive freight.
