Last Wednesday a homeowner swore our driver blew a red light and knocked over his fence; he called the police and demanded a payout. I pulled up the Samsara dashcam clip and the time-stamped GPS trail in under three minutes and the video clearly shows our truck stopped while another car clipped the post. We run a 40-truck fleet and after 20 years in the Midwest I've learned evidence matters more than words - that footage saved us from a bogus claim and an avoidable repair bill. Only reason it's not five stars: the mobile app can lag on older phones, so I had to grab the clip from the desktop once. Still, the speed of getting that video to the adjuster made the subscription worth it that day.
