I've used it for about two years and the mobile app is what keeps me coming back. What made me happiest is the instant push alerts for ETA shifts - they pop up before customers start blowing up my phone and the map updates fast enough to make quick calls on the road. Small gripe: the notification settings are kinda buried and I once missed a temp alert cause I didn't have the right toggle on, recieved the email later, wierd, but otherwise it's a reliable daily tool for my PNW solo runs.
