Last Thursday, when a refrigerated trailer on I-75 lost power, the Tive mobile app pushed a temperature alarm and updated ETA within minutes - those two timely alerts let me order a roadside transfer before the shipment spoiled. With 55 trucks and a specialty in pharma runs across the Southeast, the app’s push notifications are consistently precise and readable, so I can act from my phone without booting up the office system. The in-app acknowledgement and reassignment feature also trimmed a lot of needless phone tag during that incident.
