Adella Labadie's review of Tive
Two months ago a refrigerated trailer went dark on a Friday night and the tracker stopped reporting just as it hit the Mississippi River crossing. I manage a fleet of 25 trucks and have four years of vendor headaches behind me, so I opened a ticket and called their support line right away. The first two reps gave conflicting troubleshooting steps and I waited 18 hours for what was billed as an 'on-call' engineer - who, when they finally showed up on the call, diagnosed a firmware bug and pushed an update that brought the device back to life. I'm genuinely torn: their engineers know the tech and solved a real problem, but the flaky response times and missed callbacks made a near-miss way more stressful than it needed to be. If your loads are temperature-sensitive, this system can work, but don't count on quick, consistent hand-holding when things go sideways.
