Right when a reefer on I-95 started pinging high temps, their support rep jumped on the call and stayed with us for the next two hours. They didn’t just send canned steps - the rep coordinated with our carrier, pushed a firmware reset to the tracker, and arranged a same-day swap truck while keeping me posted the whole time. After 28 years in the business I don’t get impressed often, but that kind of hands-on persistence saved a load and probably a customer relationship. The dashboard still has some quirks and battery life could be better, which keeps it from five stars, but honest, available support is why we keep these on our high-value runs. If you want a team that’ll actually stay on the line and sort the problem instead of passing tickets around, they deliver.
