After sixteen years in logistics and running an 85-truck operation across the Pacific Northwest, I depend on tools that actually cut down my phone calls. Tive's mobile app delivers push ETA updates and door-open alerts that show up quickly and are seldom false alarms, which let our dispatchers stop pestering drivers during tight windows. What made me happiest was the geofence arrival notification - it's accurate enough that we stopped holding an extra hour of standby at several busy docks. The downside is the app gets sluggish when loading weeks of sensor history and the temperature graphs feel cramped on a phone screen. Still, for everyday use it tightened up our operations and noticeably reduced unnecessary check-ins.
