The pre-activated SIMs in the Tive trackers were the single thing that made getting started painless. I dropped devices into a handful of trailers and had live location and temperature data within hours. The dashboard is straightforward enough for dispatchers to use, though setting up alert thresholds and user permissions required a couple of support tickets and a bit of back-and-forth. The API docs could be clearer - I had to guess one parameter which slowed our TMS integration. For a Midwest fleet with 40 trucks and twenty years of doing things the hard way, the quick activation saved us real time, so I’m giving it 4/5.
