Bottom line: Overhaul cut the time we spent chasing down late loads by roughly half compared to the patchwork of carrier portals and spreadsheets we used before. The single dashboard actually pulls in live pings from multiple carriers so I don’t have to open five different trackers; that alone is what sold it for me. What made me happiest was the ETA drift alerts - we started getting notifications when a shipment's ETA moved more than 30 minutes, which let dispatch reroute drivers or warn customers early and saved a mess of phone calls. After 16 years managing an 85-truck operation in the Pacific Northwest, I appreciate that it handles multi-modal lanes across coastal and mountain routes without constant babysitting. There are quirks - the mobile map can be sluggish and some event labels are inconsistent - but compared with the constant manual refreshes and missed updates of our old setup it's night and day.
