Midwest fleet manager, 25 trucks and four years running regional routes, I've been using Overhaul for about six months to get a better handle on cross-state loads. Most of the time the map and ETAs lined up with reality - especially on busy corridors where carriers push regular pings - but there were enough blank gaps and delayed status updates to keep me checking drivers by phone. It did save us once when an alert caught a late pickup and I rerouted a rig to avoid demurrage; frustratingly, another load drifted through a rural dead zone and the ETA stayed static for hours until someone on the ground called in. Alerts are useful but noisy, and I found myself filtering them down and then missing a small claim window because of that. Helpful when it works; maddening when it doesn't, so I use it as a second pair of eyes rather than the single source for time-sensitive moves.
