…that ETA tracker is the feature that really grabbed me - it’s routinely accurate to within 10–15 minutes, which cut our unnecessary check-in calls dramatically. For someone who manages 60 trucks in the Southeast with 11 years in the business, that kind of timing precision matters. But the automated alerts are frustratingly noisy, firing on minor slowdowns with no easy way to tune or silence them per route, so the time saved gets eaten up by alert triage; I like the core capability, yet out-of-the-box alerting undermines it.
