I've used IntelliTrans for six months. Compared to the patchwork of spreadsheets and late EDI feeds we relied on before, its ETA predictions actually match what happens on the road - with 100 trucks around the Northeast that accuracy cut routine customer check-in calls by about half, though getting all carriers onboarded was a bit clunky at first.
Bottom line: their customer support actually moves the needle - fast, human, and willing to dig. I manage five trucks around the Pacific Northwest and after four years on the road I can tell you one rep getting on the phone, chasing down a missing scan with the carrier and forcing a manual update saved me an afternoon of chaos. App can be a little slow during peak hours, so 4/5 from me.
I've been using IntelliTrans for about six months. Getting started was a bit of a slog - it took a couple of calls and some carrier ID mapping to get my two trucks showing up right, which felt like overkill for a small outfit. Once it was running, the ETA alerts have been spot-on and that one feature alone cut down on the number of check-in calls I get.
Rate it, and the next carrier reading this page sees what you found.
