I appreciated the real-time tracking dashboard, but its ETA predictions failed during several critical loads. On long hauls across the Southwest the live map and event feed kept dispatchers informed, yet automated alerts often arrived too late and required manual verification - unacceptable when appointments are tight. After thirty years managing roughly 200 trucks, I find IntelliTrans useful for routine visibility but not consistently reliable enough for mission-critical shipments; it helps cut down some manual work, yet I still hesitate to depend on it when timing cannot slip.
