Emory Rolfson's review of IntelliTrans
What sold me was the alerting - during a ferry closure last month the platform notified my team before drivers even reached the terminal. Those timely ETA adjustments and milestone pushes actually let us reassign loads on the fly, which mattered when we had 85 trucks scattered across the Pacific Northwest in a storm. The tracking held up for the most part; I didn’t see phantom locations or stale statuses during the busiest window, which is rare. Feeds from some smaller carriers can lag in very remote spots and the map redraws can be sluggish, so we still had to phone a couple of drivers for confirmation. Still, its reliability when it mattered cut down frantic radio checks and earned it a solid four stars from me.
