After a year using IntelliTrans with our ten-truck fleet on the West Coast, one shipment exposed serious gaps. The ETA jumped ahead by three hours on the dashboard but the platform never captured the carrier’s delay event; no automated alert reached dispatch, the receiver billed a $600 detention fee, and the driver sat idling while we scrambled. The post-incident analytics labeled it a “sync delay” and offered no quick fix - cost us money and a week of trust with a key customer.
