I've used Blume Global for three years. We run 20 trucks across the Northeast and signed on hoping the real-time tracking and predictive ETAs would shave hours off routing and cut detention charges - instead the subscription and onboarding ate into our margins far more than the minor gains we saw. The base price is steep and then every carrier connection or custom report carried extra fees that weren't made clear up front; by the second year we were paying tens of thousands annually for features we barely used. Alerts were noisy and often wrong, so dispatchers chased phantom exceptions and missed real problems, which cost us in late fees. Bottom line: expensive for the value; we canceled renewal and moved to a cheaper platform that does what we actually need.
