Bottom line: Blume's predictive ETA alert probably saved a refrigerated load last month. We had 18 pallets landing at Tacoma and the carrier's ETA slipped twice in under an hour; Blume pushed an exception alert and an adjusted arrival time before the carrier even updated their portal. I called the driver, rerouted to a closer yard, tweaked the appointment window and kept the temperature alarms from ever going off - those six hours of heads-up made the difference. I've run an 85-truck fleet for 16 years, so I don't get impressed easily; this one alert was accurate and timely. Only reason it's four stars instead of five is the UI for digging into raw event timestamps is a little clumsy, but the core predictive alert did what we needed.
