The live ETA accuracy was the one feature that truly delivered when we needed it. I tested it during a three-day coastal storm; with 12 years managing a 55-truck fleet in the Southeast I depended on those updates to reroute loads and notify customers, and arrival predictions were usually within an hour of the actual time. Occasional gaps in carrier-sent event data still crop up, which is why I docked a star, but for routine operations the platform proved reliably useful.
