Zola Weber's review of OneRail
Last Tuesday the OneRail app froze mid-route on a multi-stop run and the driver’s photo proofs and final signature failed to upload until he rebooted his phone, which delayed our paperwork and driver settlement. I like the live tracking and dynamic ETAs - dispatch and customers get reliable windows - but the driver-facing screens are sluggish, barcode scans sometimes hang, and the exception workflow feels cumbersome. Offline mode behaves inconsistently; it will queue perfectly on some jobs and throw sync errors on others, forcing manual entries. I'm genuinely torn: the visibility cuts down calls and routing headaches, yet the day-to-day driver friction and occasional data loss keep me from pushing a full rollout across our 60-truck fleet.
