I've used OneRail for three years. I run a 20-truck fleet in the Northeast, and the mobile app is the thing my drivers live in. What actually made me happy was the photo proof-of-delivery workflow: drivers snap a picture in dead zones, the app caches the image with a GPS tag and auto-syncs as soon as there's signal, and the timestamping has saved us from at least two chargebacks this season. The live ETA updates are handy too, but the UI can be a bit sluggish on older Androids and occasionally reordering stops is more cumbersome than it should be. Still, for day-to-day use it's solid - fewer calls from customers and my dispatchers spend less time chasing missing PODs.
