Freddy Kassulke-Boyle's review of OneRail
I've used OneRail's OmniPoint platform for about nine months. The automated matching feature really stood out - when it nails courier assignments it trims hours off dispatch, but it also makes puzzling matches (drivers flagged as available who clearly aren't), so we end up overriding it more than I'd like. After thirty years managing a 200-truck operation in the Southwest, I appreciate the idea and the occasional wins, yet the inconsistency leaves me torn: useful, but not reliably so.
