Last month a regional ferry closure rerouted one of our drivers and a $2,000 medical device looked destined for a missed delivery window. OneRail’s live-tracking with dynamic ETAs pushed an updated arrival time in real time and sent notifications to both the customer and our dock, which stopped the panic and let us reroute resources without a costly re-delivery. I handle admin for a 100-truck fleet in the Pacific Northwest and after seven years in logistics I’ve seen how a single clear ETA can change the whole day. It’s not flawless - a handful of courier location feeds lag at times so the ETA can jitter - but the exception alerts make those moments manageable. Saved us a re-delivery fee and a very unhappy buyer, so four stars from me; that live-ETA feature is the reason we kept using the platform.

...the thing that actually helped was the dynamic ETA feed - it cut our customer callbacks noticeably the first week we flipped it on. The live updates pull courier telemetry and re-rank arrivals fast, so dispatchers stop guessing and can plan tighter windows. One annoyance: it sometimes spikes or lags in rural areas and thier ETA jumps can mess a delivery slot, but still very usefull for day-to-day routing.
