Bottom line: the support team is the reason we stayed with MacroPoint. They actually pick up the phone - usually under an hour - and don't read from a script; last month they had a tech on a three-way call with one of our stubborn carriers and sorted an ELD mapping issue that had been costing us two hours a day in manual checks. That kind of follow-through matters when you're running forty trucks and have been in this business twenty years; it saved my dispatchers time and my sanity. The dashboard still throws the occasional odd ETA jump, so it's not perfect, but support's willingness to build custom mappings and nudge fixes through kept freight moving. Four stars because the human side is excellent, the software could use a little polish.
