What I liked most was the live ETA pings - they actually match reality about 90% of the time, so I stop guessing arrival windows. After nine years hauling in the Northeast, those push alerts telling me when to keep rolling or when to kill time at a rest area have cut down on a ton of pointless calls. App doesn’t drain my phone and the map refreshes quick, so it’s the first thing I open on a run.

I've used MacroPoint for about nine months. Getting started was clunky - linking carrier feeds meant a bunch of back-and-forth emails and one or two support calls, and some carriers’ data needed rejiggering before it showed correctly, but once the lanes were live the phone app started giving decent ETA pings. I'm a company driver out of the Midwest and don't have a dispatcher babysitting setups, so that initial hassle grated, yet I can't deny it cut down on the random check-in calls after it finally synced. Mixed feelings: helpful in practice, annoying to get over the hump.
