Bottom line: MacroPoint cut the amount of time my dispatchers spent chasing drivers and carrier portals by roughly half. Before this we juggled a notebook, three carrier logins and a spreadsheet that was always one step behind; MacroPoint's automated alert for ETA drift is the single feature that actually changed how my day runs. With 120 trucks and 25 years in the business, I don't get impressed easily, but when an alert pops saying a load is going to miss the window - accurate to within 15 minutes most times - it lets us reassign dock space or call customers proactively. The mapping and carrier feed normalization help, sure, but it's those exception alerts that shaved hours off our follow-up work. Quibbles: a few smaller carriers still feed late or drop updates and the mobile app can be clunky on older phones, otherwise this replaced a lot of manual work for us.
