What I liked most was the mobile app's live ETA updates. It recalculates arrival times with traffic changes and pushes notifications - and the POD photos auto-attach to the load so I stop emailing receipts after every drop. After 20 years on the West Coast as an owner-operator, I appreciate an app that just works on the road: quick, reliable, no extra fiddling.
