Llewellyn Dibbert's review of Pando
Hated that Pando flat-out lost track of a load and pushed it to the wrong depot. We had a refrigerated trailer scheduled for next-day delivery; Pando's live-tracking said 'on route' but the carrier kept getting conflicting pickup instructions, it sat in a yard for 36 hours and half the pallet inventory was ruined - about $3,200 in claims and detention fees my company ate. I run 60 trucks in the Southeast and have nine years doing this, and when I called support they blamed an 'API delay' and didn’t even open a ticket for two days - by then it was too late.
