The real-time exception alert is what saved a load for us last December when the Cascade passes iced over. A refrigerated trailer with time-sensitive components was flagged, Pando pushed an updated ETA to the consignee and suggested an alternate local carrier before our driver even hit the closure. I run a 75-truck fleet in the Pacific Northwest and after eight years I thought I'd seen every winter headache; this was the first time automated re-sourcing cut a potential three-hour delay down to forty minutes. What made me happiest was the way it pulled a vetted carrier, generated the transfer paperwork, and closed the loop so we didn't have to scramble on the phone. Saved the customer relationship and the freight bill - five stars from me.
