Freddy Kassulke-Boyle's review of Pando
A routing error in Pando's execution module mislabeled fifty inbound loads as "delivered" while they were still en route, and that single false status propagated to carriers, customers, and billing. After thirty years managing a 200-truck fleet in the Southwest, I can say this failure cost us roughly $35,000 in detention fees, caused two missed retail windows, and directly contributed to the loss of a regional contract. Support responses were slow, timestamps were inexplicably overwritten, and we had to rebuild proof-of-delivery chains by hand - unacceptable when lives and revenue depend on accurate shipment status.
