Adella Labadie's review of Pando
Midwest fleet manager here - 25 trucks, four years in the role. We signed up expecting the AI to trim hours and cut freight spend, but the price tag (about $2,000/month plus an $8,500 onboarding fee) hasn't come close to justifying itself. The system still forces a lot of manual carrier sourcing on our busiest lanes, so the ‘savings’ are theoretical more than real. Not worth it. On top of that, a couple of wrong ETAs triggered detention claims that cost us roughly $4,300 last quarter - that single hit ate more than three months of subscription fees. If you count pennies like I do, Pando felt overpriced for the actual value delivered.
