Live ETA tracking is the best part - it actually tells me when to expect a pickup so I’m not guessing or calling dispatch every hour. After nine years hauling through the Northeast, that real-time exception alert saved me from sitting on a dead dock last month and let me re-route before it turned into a full-day delay. Only gripe is the mobile map can stutter sometimes, but it’s not a dealbreaker.
