Bottom line: Pando's real-time ETAs and exception alerts cut the back-and-forth with carriers way down compared to our old TMS. After 12 years managing about 50 trucks in the Southeast, the one thing that actually made me happy was getting a single ping when a load slipped instead of chasing drivers and carriers on three different apps. It still has quirks, but swapping the spreadsheet chaos for timely updates has honestly taken a ton of stress off dispatch.
