Best part was how fast the onboading went - had basic routes and carriers loaded in under an hour, which honestly surprised me. Mapping my CSV fields took a few tries and the docs are kinda all over the place, but the live tracking matched my drivers in the Northeast so I could breathe easy. Saved me time, even if a couple setup bits felt fiddly and needed support.
