Bottom line: Pando's late-ETA alert the night before saved a Saturday delivery and kept my driver from getting hit with a detention fee. We were jammed into a tight unload window and the carrier fell two hours behind; after nine years I still trust my gut, but that ping let me call the receiver, push the slot, and reroute my closest truck (I run three). Not flawless - live updates lagged a bit at first - but that one notification paid for the month.
