Mae Kris's review of Pando
On a Tuesday morning a priority load to Boston disappeared from Pando's tracking map and support only replied with canned links for 18 hours. By the time an agent actually responded the pickup had missed two delivery windows and we absorbed about $3,200 in detention and reroute charges. Their ticketing system kept marking the case as “monitoring” while promised callbacks never came, which is infuriating when drivers are stuck and customers are calling. With 150 trucks and 28 years running Northeast lanes, I need a vendor who picks up the phone and escalates - Pando's account managers basically ghosted us when it mattered. We moved those lanes off Pando; the planning tools are fine on paper, but the customer service failures translated directly into lost time and cash.
