What killed it for me was the tracking/ETA feature - it kept bumping ETAs and showing shipments as "on time" while the truck sat at the yard with no real updates, and we missed a dock slot. Been hauling around the Midwest six years and that mess cost us a $300 detention fee and a ton of back-and-forth with dispatch. If you depend on live tracking for scheduling, don't - it's not reliable.
