The predictive ETA feature is what really stood out - it gave narrow, believable arrival windows so we could schedule drayage without the usual scramble. That layer pulls carrier, port and customs signals together in a way that actually reduced our idle chassis and driver wait time; with 18 years in the business and a 50-truck fleet in the Northeast, those small wins add up fast. My one gripe is that rail legs still showed occasional latency, and when that happened the prediction slipped by several hours. Even so, most ocean and port moves were spot-on and cut detention costs noticeably. If they tighten up inland rail feeds, this would be a near-perfect tool for execution teams.
