Freddy Kassulke-Boyle's review of Everstream Analytics
During a sudden flash flood at the Port of Houston last September Everstream flagged multiple inbound containers as "high risk" and pushed alerts to our team before carriers called; the lead time was helpful, but many of those red alerts proved to be false alarms caused by a short-lived lane closure that reopened within hours. With thirty years managing roughly 200 trucks across the Southwest, I value the platform's early detection but found the risk scores lacked situational context and the flood of notifications prompted several unnecessary reroutes that increased mileage and driver hours. Useful when the signal is accurate and maddening when it's not - I'm keeping Everstream in our stack but treating its alerts as prompts to verify rather than directives, hence the three-star rating.
