Good intentions and solid dashboards, but the uneven follow-through makes me hesitant to lean on it for urgent supply-chain shocks.

The mobile app is unusable - constant crashes and GPS drops made it worthless on the road. It kept refusing to sync updated manifests and wouldn't let drivers acknowledge alerts, so we missed two pickups and ate a $450 detour fee.
