Last December, when an upstream factory halted production after a power outage, Tradeverifyd's platform didn't flag the supplier for nearly 48 hours and we only found out when orders started backing up at our dock. My trucks sat idle while customer windows closed; rerouting and last-minute expedited loads added thousands in costs and burned driver hours. I manage a fleet of 85 trucks in the Pacific Northwest, and after 16 years I can tell you stale data is worse than no data - Tradeverifyd's feeds were lagging by hours during the exact window we needed real-time answers. Support was slow and kept pointing to external feeds rather than fixing the delay. Until they deliver reliable, timely alerts, this tool is a liability for operations that actually depend on it.
