After thirty years managing a 200-truck fleet in the Southwest I'm picky about clear escalation paths; Tradeverifyd's front-line reps are polite and responsive, yet escalation to engineering drags and status updates during that time are sparse. Good intentions and solid dashboards, but the uneven follow-through makes me hesitant to lean on it for urgent supply-chain shocks.
The mobile app is unusable - constant crashes and GPS drops made it worthless on the road. It kept refusing to sync updated manifests and wouldn't let drivers acknowledge alerts, so we missed two pickups and ate a $450 detour fee. After 22 years running three trucks I expect simple offline mode and reliable ETA updates; this one added more headaches than help.
Bottom line: it warned me about a Tier‑2 plant shutdown before it turned into a delivery problem. I dispatch 15 trucks and after ten years of scrambling for alternatives, that single real‑time alert let me re-route two loads and avoid wasted miles - that quick heads-up is why I kept using it when things went sideways.
