What I disliked most was the customer support - slow, inconsistent, and ultimately ineffective. We run ten trucks on the West Coast and after a year with Tradeverifyd a supplier-mapping glitch led to two days of misrouted loads; their support team took more than 48 hours to respond and the delays cost us several hundred dollars in detention fees and damaged customer confidence. Calls were dropped, promised escalations never materialized, and one ticket was closed with no fix; sophisticated dashboards mean little if the support organization won’t actually resolve critical incidents.
