Brooklyn Fisher's review of Detrack
Yesterday a customer called furious because Detrack's map showed my van parked at the grocery lot for forty minutes when I'd already dropped the pallet across town. Compared to the old paper tickets and group texts I used before, the live tracking and photo proof cut down on a ton of follow-ups, but the GPS jumps and flaky ETAs make me check things twice more than I want. I'm an owner-operator in the PNW with two years on the road and I'm torn - it's definitely a step up from scribbles, yet still annoyingly unreliable on tight runs.
