Last month one of our key suppliers vanished from the network and the platform's alert kept showing "data refresh in progress" while loads piled up. I manage 40 trucks and have 20 years in the business; when that alert hit I opened three support channels and got three nearly identical canned replies and no actual troubleshooting. They promised an escalation that never arrived - hours slid into a full day with drivers idle, detention fees mounting, and a customer delivery missed. When someone finally responded they blamed an external feed and closed the ticket without restoring the supplier map, then sent a satisfaction survey. If your operations depend on timely support, don't expect Tradeverifyd to act quickly; their silence cost me time, money, and a lost contract.
